LOAN SIGNING

Loan signings require a notary to be present to witness identities and oversee accurate signatures to be sure the loan closing is a success. Most servicers and banks will hire the notary that will arrive to your home but you have a choice to hire your own choice of notary...sometimes even at the expense of the servicer or bank. 

When you are signing these important loan documents, don't go it alone! Allow me to sit beside you and be sure that you sign everywhere you need to, in the format required by the servicer or bank. I will bring peace of mind.

If you don't already have copies of your documents, you can have the E-docs sent to me and I can print the necessary copies, handle all the faxbacks and if your servicer or bank attaches a prepaid label (UPS or FedEx) I will mail your package back to them, usually the same night of the closing.

Fees vary depending on the size of the package, if faxbacks are needed and if I will be mailing, but usually range from $65.00 - $125.00. A fee will be set and agreed upon before our appointment.

Other loan signings, such as debt consolidation, refinances, etc. are also something I can assist you with.
